I was very satisfied with my first visit to Stirwen. I took the 4 course menu, and each course was a delicious blend of flavors, artfully presented. The servers were professional and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated that there was a recap of what was being presented as each course came to the table. Sufficient time was taken between the courses. All in all, it was an excellent experience and will look forward to a return visit on my next trip to Brussels.
