Wonderful as ever. Shared the plat gourmand then shared an aged cote de boeuf chosen from the butcher counter, it was perfectly cooked (with their expert advice on the appropriate cuisson) accompanied by great beef fat fried frites bowl of salad leaves and a lovely bottle of Burgundy. Sadly we were too full to manage the tart au citron dessert which makes a lovely finish if you can manage it. Service impeccable as always, attentive without being intrusive and the atmosphere is convivial, modern and sleek and the antithesis of stuffy. If you like meat go, it’s not cheap but you get what you pay for and it’s very reasonable for the quality.
