A lovely discovery. Good food, an interesting...

A lovely discovery. Good food, an interesting wine list and an amazing selection of rum and whisky. There was a cigar club upstairs so we were in the basement which was quiet so a little lack of ambience but I would definitely return here- both to the restaurant and the amazing shop.

Food was nice and the ingredients were fresh. The setting was pleasant and the staff were friendly and polite. The salmon starter was very good - it was soft, juicy and tasty - I think it could have done with some kind of accompaniment. The mixed starter had a nice selection. The green curry was very good and had many fresh vegetables in it and the prawns were delicious. Phad Thai was good, but maybe a little greasy and a bit dry. Masma and red curry were also both very good. All in all, the setting, the food, service was great and price although it was quite high, was probably worth it for the whole experience.
