Was not asked how I wanted my filet cooked...

Was not asked how I wanted my filet cooked and it was overdone. I suspect par cooked. My partners chicken was very tough. When I went to pay he held the credit machine saying his service was not included and he was “freelancing”. He would not proceed until I told how much I would tip.
