The staff was very accommodating and the food and drinks were excellent. Had the cheese croquettes, the Flemish stew and the vanilla ice cream. All very tasty.

I booked the table in advance, as it was our first night in Brugge and also my birthday. We were so pleased that we did book De Gastro, as it is a wonderful restaurant. The service was excellent from all the staff and the food was excellent. We will definitely vist again when we are next in Brugge.
