It was a pleasure to dine at Bar Riga. The welcome was pleasant and felt personal. The atmosphere and setting are original by incorporating bits of the building's history into the décor. And the food is a treat for the palate and a beautiful pallet for the eye. Sincerely delicious food (Saltimbocca in my case) and enjoyed the moment.
