The restaurant is always super busy and chaotic. Last couple of times it has not been a very relaxing experience as we have to wait for the food and service forever. Some dishes were totally missed (and taken off the bill when mentioned) while some quantities were over charged i.e. 4 instead of 2 ordered. Some items in the bill we didn't recognize at all but of course we didn't check the bill on spot and trusted it to be accurate. Our last two times there has not been good experience overall. The staff are completely overwhelmed and don't particularly give off welcoming vibes, perhaps they are not given the right process and tools to handle the heavy traffic this restaurant can get during weekend brunch. Nonetheless I have seen much busier restaurants with good service. Ordering and re-ordering process is stressful and come with considerable wait times. It seems that now dinning at the Brunch Corner will also come with added stress of stock count due to random items/quantities eventually added to the final bill. I am pretty sure I will not go there again for a long while. Not ready for this kind of stress.
