Great evening! Nice to have the kitchen staff present their gastronomic dishes at the table. Loved the the langoustine grilled and “flambé” at the table as well as the extra ordinary pigeon leg cooked for 12 hours. Fantastic sommelier, Laurent, with great Burgundy discoveries.
