We arrived fifteen minutes before the restaurant was opening for dinner and talked with the owner, which at the time we did not know he was the owner, and he told us that the restaurant was opening in fifteen minutes. As we were going to walk away, he told us that we could go in and get out of the cold. We went in and were seated and made it possible to get something to drink. The food and service were excellent. We would visit the restaurant again if we were visiting the city in the future. Recommend the restaurant to anybody that wants to have a good meal and service.
