When we arrived at the restaurant, we were immediately told that the kitchen was closing and that we had to order as soon as possible. My husband ordered a steak and asked for it to be cooked medium, but it was served rare. When we asked them to fix it, they told us the kitchen was already closed—so they simply put it in the microwave to make it medium. To make matters worse, I had mentioned in my emails that it was my husband’s birthday, but there was no acknowledgment of it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially for such a special occasion.
