Generally, I love Ciao, but yesterday's lunch service was extremely slow (almost two hours) and I was overcharged by almost 20 euros. For a weekday lunch, it is too long and it was almost impossible to get anyone's attention.
Votre restaurant est juste PARFAIT à tous les sens du terme. Depuis l'accueil jusuqu'à tous les plats et le choix des vins avec surtout le sourire et l'accent inimitable de votre charmante sommelière. J'y reviendrai encore et encore c'est certain. J'ai passé une excellente soirée grâce à vous!
Nous étions un grand groupe, à deux tables, la qualité de la nourriture et du service était très élevée. Cela a permis de créer une bonne ambiance entre les invités. Nous espérons le répéter au prochain Art Brussls.
C’était une expérience gastronomique tout en douceur. L’endroit est classe tout en restant sobre dons une ambiance relaxante. Le prix est plus qu’attractif pour un cadre et une cuisine sofistiquée. Je recommande c’est un sans faute

recently visited Chao and was very impressed with the food — it was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. However, my experience was slightly let down by the service. I felt that the staff member attending to my table was somewhat inattentive at times, and I had to wait quite a while for basic things. It gave me the impression that I was being overlooked. Overall, the quality of the food was excellent, but I believe the service could be improved to match the high standard of the cuisine.
