Booked for my birthday and engagement party on New Year’s Eve. The booking was accepted but on arrival, the manager rudely said we are not open. We showed the booking and he confirmed it was the correct time and place but again rudely denied us entry without explanation. We were left with nowhere to go as we were a big group and it was New Year’s Eve so nowhere accepted bookings on such short notice. Extremely unprofessional and ruined our special occasion. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The service was very very slow. Not professional. The food was ok The staff do not know about bonvoy points
Restaurant NOT kid friendly. No kids menu. Plain burger with bread and burger was €22!
The restaurant was closed because of bank holiday, no mention of this on the website, no answer on the phone.
The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was great! The place is really beautiful and Instagram-worthy. The staff was very accommodating as well. We went there for a birthday dinner, and they made it feel special. I will definitely come again!
All excellent, from kindness of the staff to delicious food including lovely dish presentation. Fair price too. I recommend!
