Cocktails décevants et très très légers, strawberry daikiri servi à base de sirop de …. framboises! Entrée briochée annoncée flambée mais passée au chalumeau à table, donc froide et brioche limite rassie, immangeable. Plat Octopus : une fine tentacule accompagnée de deux tout petits morceaux… de quoi rester sur sa faim. Ne vaut certainement pas les 39€ facturés. Le boeuf annoncé « Tataki » n’est autre qu’une pièce de viande saignante. Je cherche toujours le concept « fusion ». Seul point positif : la courtoisie du personnel en salle et la correction de ne pas porter en compte ni le cocktail ni l’entrée briochée renvoyée en cuisine.

La nourriture était de très bonne qualité. J'adorais les influences japonais et latino américains. On ne trouve pas ce style de plats dans beaucoup de restaurants. La brioche au Wagyu était super bonne.

A few thin and very tiny slices of beef, touted best beef of the world (sort of Kobé beef), were priced almost 100 € just for one person. They were not particularly tasty and too much cooked. And the way you can book a table seems fitted for a low end customers base : uneffective telephone number, only Internet and subject to a down payment. I would have liked to be more positive because the manager and his team are nice and trying hard to satisfy their customers, bur they simply lack experience in a profession which is among the most difficult ones.
