Exceptional food, great atmosphere. Perfect for a special occasion.
Coordination and organisation in the restaurant was a disaster. We waited 30 minutes before someone came to take our order. Then we waited 20 minutes for our aperitif, cava. During that time I saw 2 glasses on the counter which they obviously didn't know anymore where they should be delivered. They took them away back behind the counter. When we finally made a remark that we didn't receive our aperitif they just took them back from behind the counter, you can imagine they weren't really cold anymore. We ordered also sparkling water, they gave us still water. We ordered a menu, where we took a different choice for the main dish (fish or meat). There was no remark on that but later on they came to tell us that we should take the same main dish. Also for the dessert I think we waited 20 minutes. About the food itself, am not a great fan, it is little refined taste, mostly very salty. But everybody's taste is different I suppose. At the end, waiting for the bill on which I saw champagne noticed in stead of cava (Price),.. "oh yes sure, sorry", waiting again for the correct ticket. I can't believe that this kind of restaurant in this beautiful setting is managing their business this way and that a chef with this CV connects his name to it.
The food was very good, however the service awful: no soap in the women toilets, the order was forgotten twice, the champagne (delicious) was served without anything (appetizers, peanuts, olives, even chips would have been appreciated), the service was super slow, and even in the parking the signages for the exit are misleading.
