Highly recommended place for Antwerp visitors!
The restaurant itself was lovely, and the food was decent. However, it felt like our presence was more of an inconvenience than a welcome booking. We initially requested a table for 8:30 PM, but were asked to come at 8:00 PM instead, which we agreed to. Even so, our table wasn't ready until nearly 8:20 PM. The manager who confirmed our reservation advised us to stick to no more than 5 or 6 different meals due to our party size, but reassured us that pre-ordering wasn't necessary. Upon arrival, this changed — we were told we could only order 5 dishes, and not 6. When placing our order, we offered to provide our dessert choices in advance but were told to wait. Later, at 10:00 PM, we were informed the kitchen had closed and we could no longer order dessert. This was especially disappointing, as we were hosting guests and it reflected poorly on us. There was no prior mention of a time restriction, and our reservation stated we had the table until 11:00 PM. While the food was good and our server did a fantastic job, the rigid and inconsistent approach from management and the kitchen left us with a sour impression.
Goede plek binnen in het restaurant met prachtige beelden en andere katholieke "prullaria". De lunch was prima, de bediening zeer aardig en gastvrij.

It was a peacefull and different place. The taste of the food was delicious, the music was perfect. All of the waitress are good-humored.
In het algemeen was het oke, maar we vonden het QR code menu erg vervelend, omdat het het bestellen moeilijker maakt en de gezelligheid teniet doet.
Der Service war schnell und freundlich, das Essen einfach ein Gedicht (Rabbit stew und belgische Meatballs). Wir haben zwar draußen gesessen, aber das Ambiente innen muss man sich ansehen
